Ridder’s Custom Woodwork, LLC

What we offer

I have had a passion for woodworking from an early age. At the age of 12 I bought my first hand tools using earnings I made as a paperboy. Later I learned how to design and build furniture, doors, cabinets, and other useful items. I eventually studied civil engineering technology with a concentration in building construction. I have worked at diverse jobs from designing bridges to assisting with the construction of buildings and high rises as a project engineer. I later earned a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems Management, and worked as a Quality Assurance Manager before returning to my first love, woodworking, establishing Ridder’s Custom Woodwork, LLC in 2010 in Flemington, New Jersey. Today I handcraft custom furniture, cabinets, built-ins, bars and mirrors, gifts, awards, memorials, and other custom items. I truly enjoy the creative aspect of what I do. I speak with clients, they tell me what they want, and I turn their dreams into something tangible. I can take their original concepts and add value to their project by giving them options they didn’t know were possible. I design and build each item utilizing proven techniques, imagination, and skill. I also employ the latest technologies and equipment, such as computer based (CNC) manufacturing, to ensure that each item produced is truly unique to each and every client.
